A doula is NOT a medical professional. Here are some examples of what a doula can provide for you during your childbirth journey.  

• Emotional Support: Doulas offer reassurance, encouragement, and calm presence, helping the birthing person feel safe, confident, and supported throughout labor.
• Physical Support: They assist with comfort measures like breathing and techniques and guidance into comfort during labor.   
• Advocacy and Communication: 
• Continuous Presence
• Support for Partner

Helping to support families from all walks of life to ensure each birthing person or adoptive parents have support and guidance to make their personalized experience as easy as possible. Supporting with care, resources, advocacy and inclusivity. 

Postpartum Pampering package includes a selected amount of postpartum facials with Kaelani a licensed aesthetician of 11 years. It includes a postpartum herbal foot bath with a relaxing and regenerating foot massage with an herbal blend for soothing. Yoni steam herbs to use at home after birth when cleared by your birth practitioner.  Also a selected amount of postpartum yoga and yin yoga classes in person or virtual for nervous system calming and emotional release. 

Key aspects of a death doula's role include:

1. Emotional and Psychological Support
2. Advocacy: Death doulas help ensure that the wishes of the dying person are honored, whether that relates to care preferences, rituals, or end-of-life decisions. 
3. Physical Comfort: While not medically trained, death doulas can provide comfort measures such as physical touch, positioning, relaxation techniques, and support with breathing exercises to alleviate pain and discomfort in collaboration with medical providers

Placenta encapsulation will be offered later on in the year 2025. Consultation and guidance with herbs to prevent pregnancy and conception. This service will be offered as well later this year.
